Board of Trustees
Der Stiftungsrat ist das oberste Organ der FUTURA. Er setzt sich aus gleich vielen Arbeitnehmer- wie Arbeitgebervertretern zusammen und wird jeweils für vier Jahre gewählt. Die Stiftungsräte sind auch FUTURA Kunden. Sie überwachen die Entwicklung und arbeiten mit am Erfolg für alle. Nebst der Tätigkeit im Gesamt-Stiftungsrat gehört jedes Mitglied einem Ausschuss an und arbeitet so vertieft an einem Thema mit.

The FUTURA bodies guarantee optimum long-term support for our customers.
Employee benefits committee
The Pension Fund Commission (PVK) is for the pension fund of an individual affiliated company responsible. It consists of of equal many employee and employer representatives. It decides about changes of the pension plan, the utilization of the free assets of their pension fund and controls the payment of the employee and employer contributions and their forwarding to the foundation. A termination of the affiliation agreement can only in written agreement with the pension fund commission and the employee representatives must be obtained.
Network
How all collective and community foundations is subject to also the FUTURA the requirements of the cantonal supervisory authority. Each affiliated company has at a own pension fund (with own pension fund commission PVK).
Experts and inspection body
Each pension foundation has an external occupational pensions expert and an external auditor.
Occupational pensions expert
Der Experte prüft periodisch, ob die Vorsorgeeinrichtung ihre Verpflichtungen erfüllen kann. Er gibt Empfehlungen ab für die Festlegung des technischen Zinssatzes und weiterer Grundlagen. Für die FUTURA ist zuständig: Dr. Christoph Plüss / Allvisa AG, Zürich.
Inspection body
The auditors carry out the statutory audit of the annual financial statements and validate the annual financial statements with a corresponding audit certificate. The auditors responsible for FUTURA are OBT AG, Brugg.
