The customer service team is getting support: Nadine Devaux has been working for FUTURA customers on a 60% basis since today. She brings with her more than 20 years BVG and is already looking forward to getting in touch with FUTURA customers.
Anastasiya Kanzafarova has been looking after FUTURA customers since November 2021 and has successfully familiarized herself with the new role in recent weeks.
